By Enova’s talented employees are experts on a variety of topics, from data analytics to social media marketing, and everything in between. Readers of popular career website Simply Hired are the most recent beneficiaries of this Enova expertise, thanks to a post from Enova’s Senior Director of Talent Management, Sarah Doll.
The post is titled “7 Steps to Creating A Good First Impression In A Job Interview,” and addresses some “do’s” and “don’ts” for interviewees. “We interview a lot of candidates and it’s hard not to make a mental list of the things that work and the things that don’t,” says Doll. “I hope these tips will genuinely help job seekers out there. Some of the most important tips are so basic that people look right past them when they’re preparing for an interview.”
