Giving Back Together: How Enova Teams Make an Impact Across Our Communities

At Enova, giving back is a big part of our culture and who we are. Our Enova Gives program focuses on partnering with organizations to make financial education and resources more accessible, and provides team members with the opportunity to give back in various ways: donation matching, volunteer days and corporate volunteer opportunities. Every summer, across our offices, Enova team members come together to support local nonprofits that make lasting impressions on their communities. From Chicago to Denver to New York and South Jordan, Utah, Enova employees packed a total of 2,832 backpacks for children this year, providing students with the supplies needed to learn and grow.. 

Each of our offices partners with a local organization committed to empowering families through education and community support: Cradles to Crayons (Chicago), Granite Education Foundation (Utah), Part of the Solution (POTS) (New York) and Kenzi’s Causes (Denver).

At this year’s event, Enova volunteered over 145 hours of sorting and packing supplies. By partnering with organizations like Cradles to Crayons, Granite Education Foundation, Part of the Solution and Kenzi’s Causes, Enova teams across the country came together for meaningful change – one backpack at a time.
