Enova Recognized for Exceptional Customer Service

Enova was announced today as a Stevie Award finalist in Customer Service Achievement in e-Commerce for providing exceptional customer support throughout its various lending businesses. The Stevie Awards, also known as the American Business Awards, recognize outstanding achievements in four categories of American business.

To qualify for the award, a company or individual must be nominated and display strong attributes in the fields of customer service or sales. Nominees are then judged against companies of similar size to determine who is best qualified to win the coveted award. This is the fourth year that the Stevie Awards have been presented to outstanding companies. Past winners include everything from Fortune 500 companies to small local businesses.

Enova was nominated in the category of Customer Service Achievement in e-Commerce for the quality customer service provided by its online lending companies, CashNetUSA, QuickQuid and DollarsDirect. By providing customers with convenient online chat, U.S. based customer support centers and, in some cases, 24/7 phone and email support, Enova and its lending companies are making it easier for customers to get the answers they need.

The winner in the category will be announced February 22, 2010 at the awards ceremony held in Miami, Florida.
